Easy single crochet heart of any size
So I have made different crochet hearts throughout my journey in crochet, yet I was still looking for the simplest way to make a heart of any size that is not complicated and achievable by anyone, you will have the freedom to choose how big or small you want the heart to be, usually what comes to my mind and may be you as well is a stuffed accessory heart or a pillow but the choices are endless even a blanket is achievable.
Before we scroll into the pattern, let me show you some of the other hearts I have crocheted, may be you prefer to try them instead.
Crochet the bobble stitch heart
Written Pattern:
ch2
Row1: 2 sc in the second ch from the hook
Row2: ch1, 2sc in the 1st st as ch 1, 1 sc in the next st.
Row3: ch1, 2sc in the 1st st as ch1, 1 sc in the next stitches.
Row 4,5,6: repeat row 3
Row7: ch1, 2sc in the first st, 1 sc in every st, 2 sc in the last st.
Row 8, 9, 10: Repeat row 7.
Row 11: ch1, 2sc in the first st, 1 sc in the nest 6 st. sl st in the next st.
row 12: sl st in the first st, sc in the next stitches, 2 sc in the last st
row 13: ch 1, 2sc in the first st, 1 sc in the next 7 st, sl st in the last st. turn
row 14: sl st in the first st, sc in the next 7 st, 2 sc in the last st, turn
row 15: ch 1, sk the first st, sc in the next st, sc in the next 6 st, sl st in the last st.
row 16: sl st in the first st, sc in the next 4 st, sl st in the last st
row 17: sl st in the first st, sc in the next 3 st, sl st in the last st.
Row 18: sl st in the first st, sc in the next st, sl st in the last st.
from the last st, sl st down to work the next half.
Working the 2nd half:
Row 11: sc in the next 6 st, 2 sc in the last st
Row12:, ch1, 2sc in the first st, sc in the next 6 st, sl st in the last st
Row13: sl st in the first st, sc in the next st, 2 sc in the last st.
Row14: ch1, 2 sc in the first st, sc in the next 7 st, sl st in the last sl st.
Row 15: sl st in the next st, sc in the next 6 st, sk the st before the last, sl st in the last st.
Row 16: sl st in the next st, sc in the next 4 st, sl st in the last sl st.
Row 17: sl st in the first st, sc in the next 3 st, sl st in the last st.
Row 18: sl st in the first st, sc in the next st, sl st in the last st.
sl st back to the middle and fasten off.
