Half circle crochet pattern
This is a pattern for how to make a half circle for any project of your choice, it shows how to start the half circle and how to expand it in every row assisted with a video tutorial.

10 cm: 14 sts/ 7 rounds
Materials
Any medium worsted yarn
5.5 mm crochet hook
Abbreviations
Ch: chain
Dc: double crochet
St: stitch
Sts: stitches
Written pattern
Ch4
Round1: 6 dc in the 4th ch from the hook. turn
Round 2: ch2, 2 dc in every st.
Round 3: ch2, 2dc in the 1st st, 1 dc in the next st, alternate ( 2 dc in the next st, 1 dc in the following st). Till the end of the round
Round 4: ch2, 2 dc in the 1st st, 1 dc in the next 2 sts alternate ( 2 dc in the next st, 1 dc in the following 2 st). Till the end of the round
Round 5: ch2, 2 dc in the 1st st, 1 dc in the next 3 sts alternate ( 2 dc in the next st, 1 dc in the following 3 st). Till the end of the round
Keep increasing the number of single dc in one stitch in every round by one until you obtain the desired width of your project.
