Granny circle round pillow crochet pattern

This pillow is fun to make and easy one, the pattern is straight forward and helps you achieve it quickly, I have used an 8 mm crochet hook however you can use from 5 mm to 8 mm depending how big or small you want your stitches to look.

Abbreviations

3dc: cluster

Ch: chain

St: stitch

Dc: double crochet

Double cluster: 3dc ch1 3 dc

Written pattern

Make 2 pieces

Make a slip knot

Ch4

Round 1: 2 dc in the 4the ch from the hook, ch1, 3 dc in the same ch, ch1, 3 dc in the same ch, repeat till you have total of 5 (3dc) in the ch. (cluster)

Round2: ch3, in the next sp and all the ch1 sps, (3dc, ch1, 3dc), in the last sp where you have the ch3, make 3dc, ch1, 2dc, join to the top ch3.

Round3: ch3, in the 1st sp *( 3dc, ch1,3dc) in the following sp, 3dc**. Repeat * to ** till the end of the round, at the end of the round where you have the ch3, make 2 dc and join.

Round 4: ch3, 2 dc in the same sp as ch3, 3 dc in every sp till the end of the round.

Round 5: ch3, in the 1st sp *( 3dc, ch1,3dc) in the following 2 sps, 3dc**. Repeat * to ** till the end of the round, at the end of the round where you have the ch3, make 2 dc and join.

Round 6: Repeat round 4

Round 7: ch3, in the 1st sp *( 3dc, ch1,3dc) in the following 3 sps**, 3dc. Repeat * to ** till the end of the round, at the end of the round where you have the ch3, make 2 dc and join.

Round 8: repeat round 4

Round 9: ch3, in the 1st sp *( 3dc, ch1,3dc) in the following 4sps, 3dc**. Repeat * to ** till the end of the round, at the end of the round where you have the ch3, make 2 dc and join.

Round 10: repeat round4

Round 11: ch3, in the 1st sp *( 3dc, ch1,3dc) in the following 5sps, 3dc**. Repeat * to ** till the end of the round, at the end of the round where you have the ch3, make 2 dc and join.

Round 12: repeat round 4

Round 13: ch3, in the 1st sp *( 3dc, ch1,3dc) in the following 6 sps, 3dc**. Repeat * to ** till the end of the round, at the end of the round where you have the ch3, make 2 dc and join.

Round 14: repeat round 4.

Join the 2nd piece for the granny circle with the right side facing out, join with a sl st and sc crochet around in every st of both pieces.

Fill the pillow with a fiber fill or if you have a round pillow, you can also use left over yarn if you have enough, finish sc and fasten off.
