Toddler double crochet beanie pattern

This beanie is worked as a flat circle in the beginning and turned into a beanie in the 7th round, it is made of 19 rounds total, I have used a smaller hook than the recommended size. For any questions, feel free to contact me.

Written Pattern

Ch3

Round 1: 9 dc in the 3rd loop from the hook, join to the top of the 1st dc

Round 2: ch 2, 2 dc in the 1st st as ch2, 2 dc in every st, join

Round 3: ch2, 2 dc in the 1st st as ch2, 1 dc in the next st, alternate 2 dc in the next st, 1 dc in the following one, join at the end.

Round 4: ch2, 2 dc in the 1st st as ch2, 1 dc in the next 2 st, alternate 2 dc in the next st, 1 dc in the following 2 st, join at the end.

Round 5: ch2, 2 dc in the 1st st as ch2, 1 dc in the next 3 st, alternate 2 dc in the next st, 1 dc in the following 3 st, join at the end.

Round 6: ch2, 2 dc in the 1st st as ch2, 1 dc in the next 4 st, alternate 2 dc in the next st, 1 dc in the following 4 st, join at the end.

Round 7: ch2, 2 dc in the 1st st as ch2, 1 dc in the next 5 st, alternate 2 dc in the next st, 1 dc in the following 5 st, join at the end.

Round 8: till round 18: dc in every st.

Round 19: ch1, sc in every st, sl st in the last st. Fasten off.
