Chevron stitch neck warmer crochet pattern

 

 This pattern is a repetition of one row only, it is worked in the back loop to give the textured look. It is worked from bottom to top and then stitched together.

Written Pattern: 

Ch 270 

Working on the back loop only. 

Row 1: *sk 2, 1 sc in the next 8 sts, 3 sc in the next st, sc in the next 8 sts**, sk 2, sc in the next 8 sts, repeat from * to ** till the end of the row, sc in the last st. 

Row 2: ch 1, *sk 2, sc in the next 8 sts, 3 sc in the next st, sc in the next 8 sts**, repeat from * to ** till the end of the row, sc in the last st. 

Row 3 to 42: repeat row 2. Joining the 2 sides together, sl st in every st to close. Fasten off.
