Ch: chain
Sc: single crochet
Dc: double crochet
St: stitch
Trc: treble crochet
Sp: space

Written Pattern

Round 1: 8 sc in the 2nd ch from the hook, join
Round 2: ch6, 1 dc in the same st as ch6, (dc, ch3, dc) all in the next st and in every st, join to the ch3.
Round 3: ch3, 2 trc in the previous ch3 sp, ch3, 3 trc in the same sp. in the next ch3 sp and every ch3 sp around make (3trc, ch3, 3trc) join.
Round 4: ch4, 5 trc in the ch3 sp from previous round, ch1, 6 trc in the same sp. In all the next ch 3 sp make (6 trc, ch1, 6 trc), join.
Fold the piece in 2 and you obtain the butterfly, now ch20 from the point you stopped, put the chain around the folded piece and sl st. Fasten off
For the butterfly Antenna, cut a short yarn thread and place it around the chain.
And That's it, you get the butterfly.
You can make it as big or as small as you want, all depends on the crochet hook size you use and yarn thickness, however the pattern doesn't change.
