Row 1: 2sc in the 2nd ch from the hook, sc in every ch, 2 sc in the last ch.

Row 2 to 4: ch1, 2sc in the 1st st, sc in every st, 2 sc in the last st.

Row 5 to to 19: ch1, sc in the next 5 st.

Fasten off.

Join the yarn to the opposite side and repeat row 5 to 19. fasten off.
