Crochet Letter J
Today we are continuing with the letters and we have reached letter J, if you have been following the pattern letters you would notice that they are all similar in construction and they are easy to make, also there will be the video tutorial to follow along.
As always, the size of the letter will depend on you from the beginning of the chain, you can make a simple padded key chain like you can make a pillow.
Materials:
Written Pattern:
ch7
Row 1: sc in the 2nd ch from the hook, sc in every ch. turn
Row 2 to 5: ch1, 2sc in the 1st st, sc in every st.
Row 6 : ch1, 2sc in the first st, 1 sc in the next 5 st. turn
Row 7: ch1, sc in every st, 2sc in the last st
Row 8: Repeat row 6
Row 9: repeat row 7. Fasten off.
Working on the opposite side
Join the yarn with a sl knot
Row 6: ch1, sc in the 1st st as ch 1, sc in the next 5 st. turn
Row 7 to 18: ch1, sc in every st, fasten off.
Row 19, 20, 21: ch1, 2sc , sc, 2sc
