Crochet Letter H

 How to crochet the letter H You can chain any number depending how bi or small you want the number to be. I used cotton mercerized yarn and 2.5 mm hook.                              Video Tutorial Written Pattern Ch 17 Row1: sc in the 2nd ch from the hook, sc in every ch till the end of the row Row2 to 6: ch1, sc in every st. fasten off. Row 7: join the yarn with a sl knot in the 7th st, ch1, sc in the same st, sc in the next 3 st, turn. Row8 to 11: ch1, sc in every st, continue chaining, 7. Row 12: sc in the 2nd ch from the hook, sc in every ch and st, continue chaining 6. Row 13: sc in the 2nd ch from the hook, sc in every ch and st. Row 14 to 17: ch1, sc in every st. fasten off.

Materials

Cotton mercerized yarn

3 mm crochet hook

Abbreviations

ch: chain

st: stitch

sl st: slip stitch

sctog: single crochet together

Written Pattern

using a cotton yarn and 3 mm crochet hook, ch7.

2sc in the 2nd ch from the hook, sc in every ch, 2 sc in the last ch

For row 2 and 3: ch1 2 sc in the first st, sc in every st, 2 sc in the last st.

Working on one side only, which will be repeated on the other side later on

row4: ch1, 2 sc in the first st, 1 sc in the next 3 st. turn

Row 5: Ch1, 1 sc in every st, 2 sc in the last st.

Row6 and 7: ch1, 1 sc in every st.

Row 8: ch1. 2 sctog in the first 2 st, sc in the next st. turn

Row 9: ch1 1 sc in every st, 2sctog in the last 2 st. fasten off.

Repeat Row 4 to 9 on the opposite side, do not fasten off.

Row 10: ch1, 2 sctog in the 1st 2 st, sc in every st, ch3, join with a sc to the other side, continue sc, 2 sctog in the last 2 st.

Row 11: Ch1, 2sc in the 1st st, sc in every st and ch, 2 sc in the last st.

Working on one side only,

Row 12: ch1, 2 sc in the 1st st, sc in the next 3 st. turn

Row 13: ch1 sc in every st, 2 sc in the last st.

Row 14 and 15: ch1 sc in every st.

Row 16: ch1, 2 sctog, sc in the next st. turn

row 17: ch1 sc in the 1st st, sc in every st, 2 sctog in the last 2 st. fasten off

Repeat row 12 to 17 on the opposite side, do not fasten off.

Row 18: ch1, 2 sctog in the 1st 2 st, sc in the next stitches, ch3, join with a sc to the other side, continue sc, 2 sctog in the last 2 st.

Row 19: ch1, 2sctog, sc in every st, 2 sctog in the last st, fasten off.
