Crochet a man's necktie for beginners

It was hard for me to find a written pattern on how to crochet a wearable necktie for men.
I did a lot of search, I found few patterns, however it was either incomplete or not understandable, so slowly I tried to figure out how to make it.

The challenge though was when to decrease the stitches as the necktie is not all the same size.
So this pattern is very simple to do, beginner friendly, I have used a simple single crochet stitch and nothing else.

Hope you like it and find it enjoyable.

Used yarn ( similar) : mercerised cotton yarn
