Welcome back to this new and simple post.

After posting few projects previously, we're back to easy patterns, this one as I said was on my head for sometime but I couldn't do it properly before and now that I mastered how to make it, I'm sharing it with you so you also can learn how to make the granny diamond.

This is an essential pattern to your crochet library if you want to be versatile in your crochet projects and with which you can achieve  a lot of things, the easiest being a blanket.

ch3, 2dc in circle, 2 treble crochet in circle, ch 3, 2 treble crochet, 3dc, ch2, 3dc, 2 treble crochet, ch3, 2 treble crochet, 3 dc, ch2 join.

 ch3, *1 dc in each of the 4 stitches, in the space ( 1dc, 2tr, ch2, 2tr, 1dc), 1dc in each of the 4 stitches, (1dc,ch2,1dc)# in the small space, repeat from* to#, ch2, join on top of the initial ch3.
