Row 7: join the yarn with a sl knot in the 7th st, ch1, sc in the same st, sc in the next 3 st, turn. Row8 to 11: ch1, sc in every st, continue chaining, 7. Row 12: sc in the 2nd ch from the hook, sc in every ch and st, continue chaining 6. Row 13: sc in the 2nd ch from the hook, sc in every ch and st. Row 14 to 17: ch1, sc in every st. fasten off.                      

How to crochet a coaster using the granny pattern

Hi all, welcome back to a new post, I'm sharing with you today this easy pattern to do which is the granny circle to make a coaster, one of the quickest projects if you need a handmade gift or still learning different patterns, you will find the video in this link which you can watch and follow along with the pattern.

Pattern:

Make a slip knot

chain4, join in the first chain from the hook.

Round1: Chain 3, 1dc in the circle *(ch1, 2dc, ch1) in the circle, repeat* 4 more times, join, fasten off.

Round2: Join new color with a slip stitch, ch3, 1dc in the space, ch1 *(2dc, ch1, 2dc in the same space) ch1#, repeat from* till #, join in the first chain3.

Round3: with same color, ch3, 2dc in the same space, 3 dc in the next space, 3 dc in every space across the circle, join, fasten off.

Round4: join the new color with a slip stitch, ch3( in any space) 2dc in the same space, 3dc in the next space and in every space across the circle, join, fasten off.
