ch 250.
Row 1 : sc in the second chain from the hook, sc in every ch till end of the row.

Row 2 : sl st in the first st, sl st in every stitch.

Row 3 : Repeat row 1

Row 4 : repeat row 2.

The pattern is as easy as that just alternate between rows to get the knit effect.
